ISDN Box outgoing calls – 4 Digit area codes

If you find that you have issues with outgoing calls over an ISDN Box this may be down to your area code.

The ISDN Box requires a 5-digit area code to function correctly. This can be found under VOIP > GW and IP to IP > Manipulations > Dest Number Tel->IP

Highlight the existing rule, click Edit and change the Prefix to Add.

Once this is done, follow the Burn and Reset procedure as normal.
