Cant install 4Sight !

Hi chaps,

In case you have difficulties installing a 4sight client due to an non existent local profile on the PC or data being extracted in the wrong folder.

Find the below troubleshooting that has worked.

• Double click on the installation file but do not click on Next/Install when you get to this screen
• Use Windows Explorer to go to this folder: %temp%
• In there you should find a folder called RarSFX0 or similar. The number at the end might change.
• Copy the folder and it’s contents onto the desktop of the PC. Cancel the original installation.
• Then run the file called ucclient.msi from the folder on the desktop.
• The installation should then complete properly.
