ICall Password Set Up

iCall first login

 

If you’ve had iCall provisioned for a site and wish to check the stats/recordings are correct for any reason, you will be asked to change your password on initial login.

To avoid doing this, once it requests you to change your password simply leave that page as it is and open another tab. Browse to iCall and the new tab will take you straight to the functional pages – next time the customer logs in it will request them to change the password.
