Hi Guys
When installing 4phone on a customer’s network that has a SonicWALL Firewall in place, especially now that we are installing the ISDN box, please make sure the following settings are changed:
VOIP => Settings:
Firewall => Advanced => Scroll down to “UDP”:
Also modify the Global UDP Connection Timeout:
Increase UDP to 120 to override any inherited UDP timeout rules
The best way is to email the above to the company’s IT and get them to do it.
